Carla Hannon is the creator and founder of Balance Me Yoga.  She loves all things yoga, and loves to share her passion for yoga. She has 500 hours of yoga teacher training through Om My Yoga and is an "experienced" level teacher through Yoga Alliance as well as a continuing education provider.  She is also trained in Yin and restorative yoga.  She is also an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist and Ayurveda Health Counselor through Himalayan Institute.  Carla is a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork professional, Reiki Master and DoTerra Wellness advocate.  

Her love for yoga transcends into all aspects of her life.  

Tess is a recent graduate of Aura Wellness 200 YTT and has been teaching yoga classes since January 2017. Her need for yoga began in 2003 due to suffering from severe back and neck issues and then deepened about 3 years ago as a way to combat her anxiety. Her journey began casually with books and videos on postures to an in-depth study of the science and philosophy of the practice.  Tess’ teaching style is upbeat and dynamic focusing on increasing joint mobility from the neck to the toes and the strengthening of those vital core muscles. Her class will challenge you but is suitable to all practitioners. Tess’ other enjoyments include spending time with her 2 daughters, hiking to waterfalls, acroyoga flying, lyra flowing and aerial yoga inverting.

Lisa is a Yogafit 200 hour certified instructor who has been practicing Yoga for the past 10 yrs.  She is passionate about sharing yoga in a way that is safe and adaptable for everyone, regardless of fitness levels, age and health challenges.  She has spent her first year teaching and volunteering many hours to those who do not have access to yoga. Lisa believes that yoga has contributed to her emotional balance as well giving her a sense of ease and clarity of mind.  Lisa seeks to share this philosophy with her students. Her non-judgmental and compassion centered teaching style encourages her students to explore the mind-body practice that improves every aspect of life.

Patricia began her yoga practice in 2011. She received her certification from ChildLight Yoga in January 2017 and her 200 Hour Training at Om My Academy in Camp Hill in 2018.

Her vinyasa classes encourage students toward greater understanding of how lessons learned on the mat can bring more clarity and joy into our lives off the mat.

Her children’s practice, The Light in Me, is designed to benefit children’s minds, bodies, and spirits. Children explore and play while developing balance, flexibility, self-confidence, and strength in a non-competitive space created just for them.
